There are a few protective styles that I have in rotation, and the flat twist Halo is definitely one of them. I still suck at cornrows so I tend to substitute flat twist in place of any styles that call for braids. I like this style because it is easy if you know how to flat twist, and you can accessorize it with cute headbands and beanies during the winter. Now on to the tutorial.
